If you're looking for a unique, original, high quality, completely hand built instrument at an affordable price, you may have come to the right place.
On the other hand, if you're looking for an instrument manufactured in a large factory by a production line of workers and machines and that looks and sounds like thousands of others, you might want to look elsewhere.
All of my instruments are built one at a time, from start to finish, using traditional methods and hand tools. Because of this, each instrument is completely unique in character, appearance and tone. I use only solid woods and natural finishes. As much as possible I try to use local and reclaimed timber or wood from sustainably managed forests.
My workshop is located in the hilltop village of Hararit in the hills of Gallilee in Northern Israel. As well as offering views of both the sea of Galilee to the east and the Mediteranean sea to the west it is also (and more importantly) an ideal climate for guitar making similar to that of Spain. I am happy to offer courses in guitar making, whether you wish to build your own guitar or else let me do the hard work while you go sightseeing. Excellent accomodation is available. I try to keep my prices as reasonable as possible as I believe that dedicated musicians should have the opportunity to own truly authentic, soulful and unique musical instruments.
